RETURN POLICY

1. - When are valid commercial Returns

You can return your purchase for any reason, within seven days from the date of delivery of the product, to make the return of order, it must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, without unsealing OR USE. In the case of products that involve activation of services, you can not be returned once activated or contracted (eg SIM cards associated with telecommunications services), since this product is already attached permanently to its purchaser.

Step 1. The User must send to our e-mail info@berchusmovil.com the following information:

  • Name and email address at which they were purchased.
  • Number and date of order.
  • Name and value of the products to return
  • Reason for return.

Step 2. You will bear the cost of return. www.berchusmovil.com not accept any returns on delivery. The returned product must be accompanied by the following information, in a conspicuous place on the outside of the item, otherwise you can not manage this recovery.

  • Customer Name.
  • Number and date of order.
  • Phone customer.
  • Reason for return.
  • Return order number (provided by our Customer Service).

Step 3. Once received the product in perfect condition, in their original packaging and unused in our warehouse, www.berchusmovil.com, proceed to process data and make the refund for the item returned by the same way in the that the payment was made, within fifteen days.

www.berchumovil.com will not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. - If the product has been damaged during shipping.
If you receive a package whose products have been damaged during shipping, the customer will have to make a notation in the proof of transport and will have to send an e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of order.

3. - If the product has a defect within 7 days of receipt.

You have the right to change product by the same model as the defective within 7 days after receipt of the product. To do so, send us the complete product with packaging and all components.
In the absence of availability of the product, www.berchusmovil.com reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior enforce the repayment of the amount paid for the same.

4. - If you receive a wrong product

5. - Products involving recruitment and / or activation of associated services (eg SIM card).

Given the nature of these products, once unsealed and / or activated these products can not be returned.

For products involving portability between operators shall not be canceled once requested.

6. - Faults outside the normal use or defective base
